All submitted chapters will undergo peer review for quality, originality, and alignment with the theme. Feedback will be provided within 3–4 weeks of submission. Accepted chapters will be edited for clarity and consistency before publication.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in:
IEEE Xplore Digital Library
with indexing in Scopus, EI Compendex, Google Scholar, and DBLP, subject to IEEE quality checks.
A special issue proposal will be submitted to partnering Scopus journals for extended versions.
